Graphic Designer
Northern Illinois

The Graphic Designer position is responsible for leading and maintaining ATI’s visual identity through digital, video and print media in support of business objectives. The role will partner with internal departments and teams, with exposure to all aspects of the business.


  • Work with internal and external partners to craft and execute a cohesive design strategy that tells the right stories to the right audiences within the ATI parent brand. 
  • Find creative, effective and efficient ways to get our messages out to various audiences through brainstorming, content development, brand storytelling, hands-on Design and video/audio production. 
  • Support sales initiatives and internal customers through internal communications. 
  • Support successful marketing campaigns through design, implementation and measurement. 
  • Engage with our customer base with external Marketing campaigns. 
  • Deliver high quality pieces on tight deadlines.

Minimum Education Required:

  • BS/BA in Graphic Design or related field

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 3 years’ professional experience. 
  • Proficiency with industry-leading software (Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat etc.). 
  • Deep experience in digital and print Design (video and animation a plus). 
  • Skilled use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Ability to establish and maintain proper Design workflows. 
  • Knowledge in setting up and maintaining a DAM. 
  • Ability to champion brand guidelines and standards. 
  • Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a cross-functional team. 
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to internal/external partners.
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines. 
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities, with the aptitude to juggle multiple projects and change direction when required. 
  • Knowledge/experience in file output and preparation for print. 
  • Knowledge of website CMS a plus.
