We are currently searching for a Graphic Designer to be based out of our Harvey, IL facility. Reporting to the Creative Manager, this person will be responsible for developing creative collateral to support sales efforts such as catalogs, brochures, flyers, print and digital ads, web graphic content, and tradeshow materials. This role will work closely with Marketing Communications Managers to identify project details and priority.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar field along with at least three (3) years’ experience in graphic design in a corporate or related environment. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design creative assets to promote company and product awareness including print and digital advertisements, tradeshow materials, sales literature, and web graphic content. 
  • Develop new and update existing POP merchandising graphics and packaging. 
  • Follow design process from concept to final art production including A/B testing where applicable. 
  • Ensure marketing assets comply with brand standard. 
  • Research and stay on forefront of marketing technologies available to achieve goals. 
  • Photo editing and occasional project photography. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar field required. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in graphic design in a corporate or related environment required. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design software and Microsoft Office Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premier, Lightroom, Media Encoder, Acrobat).
  • Thorough knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. 
  • Understanding of digital/analog print production including pre-press requirements. 
  • Layout and typographic skills designing print media (i.e. advertisements, etc). 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. 
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other business system based company is a plus.
