Beltone is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate must be able to work as part of a team to develop communications for various multi-media campaigns and create other brand and promotional support assets as needed.

As one of our “in-house” Graphic Designers, you’ll help bring to life our brand position, “Right Beside You” for patients and prospective patients, as well as our network of clinic owners and hearing care practitioners. You will visualize and create graphics for print and digital/social ads, point of sale materials, websites, product packaging, exhibitions, logos and more. Not only will your work allow Beltone to capture the attention of those who see it, you get to play a key role in helping people hear and live better.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and requires a strong work partnership with the Marketing, Field marketing Product Management, Sales and Operations teams. Graphic Designer will work collaboratively and constructively on all creative projects with these teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with US Marketing team, global team and internal clients and constituents to conceptualize and execute marketing materials and products. 
  • Independently create and manage a multitude of Graphic/Print/Web projects from start to finish: collateral materials; point-of-sale signage; print advertisements; web templates and graphics; email templates; landing pages; display ads; photo editing; etc. 
  • Translate marketing and branding strategies into design strategies 
  • Articulate and pitch design concepts to marketing team and internal clients and others 
  • Select colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts 
  • Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. as needed 
  • Manage external vendors/suppliers as needed to deliver quality work on time and on budget.

  • A genuine interest to learn new things and keep abreast of the world of design - especially digital design.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, industrial design, interior design, or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design 
  • Online portfolio of work including examples of traditional and digital media design

Skills

  • Fluency in current graphic design and web production software: Adobe Creative Cloud (proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) 
  • General computer skills are required in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, email, and phone systems 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML 
  • Understanding of the printing process and specifications 
  • Familiarity/basic knowledge of email, social and landing page platforms 
  • Photography and retouching skills are a plus

Note: Position will either have a hybrid or full remote schedule depending on the candidate’s location. High-speed home internet service will be required based on the work and is eligible for reimbursement.
