Graphic Designer

Your Role...

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking designer who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital media, and eCommerce innovation. You will be responsible for producing compelling visual content across web and print channels, optimizing user experiences, and ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute visual content for email, digital, and print campaigns - supporting both retail and eCommerce marketing initiatives.
• Prepare, shoot, and manage image sequences for web product listings, ensuring images meet performance, styling, and brand guidelines.
• Apply an understanding of product photography standards, including lighting, composition, and consistency, to deliver high-quality images that enhance visual merchandising.
• Collaborate closely with the development team as a front-end designer, creating mockups that elevate user experience across landing pages, category pages, and other website components.
• Design eye-catching graphics and visual assets for digital ads, product illustrations, logos, social media, and websites.
• Uphold brand integrity by maintaining and evolving private label identity systems across all platforms.
• Ensure brand and web standards are met and maintained across three distinct company websites, while adapting visuals for evolving needs.
• Work cross-functionally to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Monitor trends in design, web UX/UI, and marketing to proactively improve creative output.

Proficiencies and Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Solid experience with web/print production, with a strong emphasis on layout, image optimization, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Contentful or similar headless CMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with photography or strong working knowledge of product photography standards, including post-processing techniques.
• Expertise in design systems, modern typography, visual hierarchy, and grid-based layouts.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, especially as they relate to eCommerce user journeys.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-departmentally.
• Experience working in an agile environment or on cross-functional product teams is a plus.
• Passion for art, art education, or art materials is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a brand marketing, retail, or agency environment.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating your ability to execute a wide range of design projects across digital and print.

• Ability to think both strategically and tactically when addressing design problems and delivering solutions.

Pay Rate:

The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

$50,000 - 60,000 per year depending on experience plus Incentives.
