Do you have experience using InDesign, Photoshop, and other key tools to create original and templated pieces? If your answer is a resounding ‘YES’ to those questions, we want to connect with you. We are looking for someone with an interest in real estate to join our amazing team as a Graphic Designer focused on supporting the Brokerage team in Minneapolis.

You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You are able to successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients and are consistently open to new ideas, illustrating a strong willingness to learn.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Graphic Design role. 
  • Experience working within brand standards & style guidelines. 
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines coupled with a strong attention to detail. 
  • High working proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word).

Bonus skills and experience:

  • Commercial Real Estate experience. 
  • Background with aerial mapping tools, video editing, social media and/or digital marketing. 
  • Experience with illustration, animation, and infographics.

What success looks like:

  • You are adept at visual storytelling and understand how to produce creative, eye-catching material that will appeal to both large audiences and specific clients. 
  • You are confident in your ability to support your team of top-producing commercial real estate associates through producing a variety of print and digital marketing deliverables, including brochures, presentations, offering memorandums, advertising and maps. You excel in your ability to take initiative, develop creative briefs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You are willing and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and are comfortable taking direction. 
  • You will create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including: brochures, maps, advertising, postcards, presentations, proposals emails and websites, ensuring corporate branding strategies are met. 
  • You will provide creative leadership and direction on design, layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages.
