Our Graphic Designers are responsible for creating a variety of internal and external communications materials including print and digital assets in a fast-paced production-focused environment.A keen eye for detail along with a healthy mix of creative and technical know-how makes the Graphic Designer a valued part of the creative team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design/edit existing communications materials using Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and web interfaces 
  • Production work 80% - work from corporate templates to produce ComPsych branded materials 
  • Collaborate closely with creative team, manage internal client relationships and effectively communicate deadlines, job status updates and product delivery dates 
  • Consistently implement branding strategy in all work products 
  • Possess strong typographic and layout skills, organizational and file-categorizing ability 
  • Work with design team toward improving processes and efficiencies 
  • Keep abreast of trends in graphic design techniques and software 
  • Other duties as defined
  • 1+ years graphic design experience in a team environment 
  • Bachelor's degree required in related field 
  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid setting 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office 
  • Strict attention to detail, and outstanding organizational, project/time management skills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and e-communications
