At Elevate97 you have the opportunity to stretch your creative muscle, by crafting innovative ways to tell our Clients’ brand stories. You will work with and learn from peers and leaders and will have the opportunity to collaborate, plan, design, and document a variety of graphic design project types, including integrated interior graphics, signage, and wayfinding.

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize and design environmental graphic elements for retail, corporate, healthcare, athletic facilities, higher education and faith-based facilities and environments.
• Conduct research and discovery for theme and design concepts.
• Assist & coordinate client presentations and communication.
• Prepare details of material and sizing specs, discussing them with clients or leaders and making necessary changes.
• Responsible for setting up a high volume of production files and optimizing photos and large-scale graphic designs for large format printing.
• Design & document environmental graphic, signage and wayfinding packages.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has passion for high quality design, branded design experience and a positive, collaborative work style. Has experience in interior, architecture or environmental graphic design.
• Has strong logo and branding design abilities.
• Has a degree in graphic design, industrial design, interior design, architecture or related field. Has a humble perspective and a willingness to teach and learn.
• Has the ability to conceptualize, design, and manage the design process from initial concepts through hi-res final art files.
• Has attention to specification details and overall content management/organization.
• May have 3D rendering skills. Is proficient in the latest Adobe software, knowledge of Sketchup and AutoCAD a plus.
• Ability to read floor plans helpful. Can provide a portfolio of relevant work.
• Has a desire to become part of a collaborative culture of Creativity, Accountability, Relationships, Integrity and Excellence. Must be able to relocate to Green Bay, WI.
