The Role & Our Team:

As a Graphic Designer on our Global Branding Team, you will own a variety of creative projects from concept through complete production. You will be part of a fun and dynamic team that works very closely together to ensure all projects are completed with high quality results.

This is a full-time position based in our Itasca, IL headquarters.

You will:

  • Design and produce various marketing collateral across business teams, such as brochures, sell sheets, rebate designs, catalog pages, ads, product manuals, POP/tradeshow graphics, image retouching and web-related graphics, such as banners/landing pages 
  • Design various graphics for internal/corporate projects, such as sales meetings, corporate responsibility initiatives, company meetings, golf outings, recruitment marketing efforts, etc.
  • Bring a fresh perspective and make suggestions and recommendations on an improved or enhanced approach when those opportunities are available 
  • Enforce brand equity across all marketing communication materials on a global basis

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of graphic design experience (to include internships or contracts through school) 
  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar field 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop programs 
  • Creativity, an eye for design and efficient production skills 
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills 
  • Accountability for producing high quality work and meeting deadlines 
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to creatively solve problems 
  • Solid communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism and flexibility, especially when receiving constructive criticism and requested edits 
  • An understanding of general business principles and brand equity

You May Also Have:

  • Graphic design experience in a corporate setting 
  • Graphic design experience in the contract furniture industry 
  • Experience with Keyshot or other rendering software 
  • Experience with UX digital design and development and/or motion graphics
