Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing concepts from creative briefs, adapting artwork for new programs and producing professional marketing materials. The role will work on a variety of projects including point of sale, retail merchandising, display, and digital signage.

The ideal candidate has proven artwork adaptation, concept development, design and layout skills in the area of in-store retail POS. Also have a keen attention to detail, able to follow brand and legal mandatory guidelines, has a strong knowledge of print and digital specs and is able to maintain a superior degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.


  • Flawlessly execute design deliverables from briefs to support marketing programs and initiatives. Projects range from; point of sale, trade ads, sell sheets, display signage, digital signage, retail merchandising, etc. Heavy emphasis on print POS. 
  • Must be able to work efficiently across multiple projects at a time, managing timelines and client deliverables. 
  • The ideal candidate will support marketing initiatives, work within brand guidelines and will maintain creative excellence while seeking ways to improve innovation. 
  • Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to marketing and communication challenges, finding the most effective way to get messages across in printed materials. 
  • Be able to explore the use of color, typography, illustration, photography, animation and various print and layout. 
  • Collaborate with other members of the Creative Design Team and Production Managers/Account Managers to ensure that the clients’ graphic design needs are being met, while adhering to strict brand guidelines and legal mandatories. 
  • Develop, and design concepts based on strategic insight and brand experience and create layouts and design elements for program graphics. 
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to present ideas and interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control with respect to copy and file production and finishing 
  • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments. 
  • Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed. 
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, promotional merchandising, and an ability to implement them to create dynamic solutions.


  • 3+ years of design, concept development, file production, comp retouching, typography, experience required. 
  • A background in beer, wine and spirits is a plus, but not required. 
  • BFA in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred. 
  • Comp retouching skills are essential. 
  • Comp Illustration skills a plus. 
  • Creative agency experience a plus. 
  • Expert in Adobe CS software, MAC OS and proficient in Microsoft Office and Workfront software 
  • Perform successfully in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to react quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Responsive and cooperative team player.
