Graphic Designer

  • Supporting / working with a multidisciplinary team 
  • Translating strategic thinking into clear designs and content 
  • Creating work that’s engaging, liked and shared 
  • Designing social posts, gifs and short animations 
  • Reformatting and resizing artwork for multiple channels 
  • Contributing in brainstorms 
  • Develop creative concepts that meet client needs and objectives 
  • Taking briefs and client / colleague feedback 
  • Utilizing your design talents to develop visuals that communicate our client’s key narratives across multiple channels and mediums 
  • Developing concepts; pulling visual and cultural references to define ideas 
  • Producing slick client presentations


  • Core graphic design skills and excellence in the craft 
  • Creative flair: ideas/concept generation both independently and as part of a team 
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Typography / layout skills 
  • Awareness of current and emerging design trends 
  • Fluent use of Adobe Creative Suite and use of Macs 
  • Good understanding of animation / After Effects and film editing 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Writing skills: rationales and basic writing for design 
  • Understanding and viewpoint on social media 
  • Packed with initiative, accountable and dependable


  • 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design; agency experience (public relations, advertising and/or digital media) 
  • Undergraduate degree in graphic design or creative fields
