  • Influence and facilitate story mapping, custom graphics, and print and digital creation for firm wide use. 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and develop firm style criteria to ensure consistent branding and messaging is communicated both internally and externally. Lead custom client design requests such as logos, banners, brochures, and other print and digital deliverables. 
  • Create project and collateral templates to ensure brand consistency. 
  • Conduct graphics peer reviews and provide comments on marketing department projects to ensure proper usage, format, and creativity. 
  • Coordinate directly with vendors and internal team to develop collateral and execute deliverables; design, logistics, review, and install.


  • Design proposals, presentations, handouts, reports, and custom graphics to support 12 business units and multiple geographies. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contributors, both internally and externally to strategize deliverable intent, provide graphic insight, and determine design aesthetic. 
  • Create and manage templates that expedite the overall proposal and report development.
  • Leverage your own personal skillset and style to develop creative, client-centric, and custom pieces.


  • Ensure graphics and overall branding accurately reflect present needs and ISG brand, creating new assets as needed for firm's email marketing, social media, website, and blog. 
  • Assist with creative development by suggesting graphic additions and enhancements and working with project leads as assigned


  • Create and manage ISG templates that support internal communication initiatives. 
  • Create custom graphics as needed that support internal committees, the growth and strategy team, and other internal departments as needed.


  • BA or BFA in graphic design or related field with at least two years of experience in a professional or relevant relative role. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe AcrobatPro specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
  • Html coding a plus but not required. 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strategic and creative professional that is open to edits, suggestions, and new ideas. 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a creative, hands-on approach that emphasizes being responsive, eager, accountable, creative, and ingenious in every interaction.


  • Driven professional with a can-do attitude that continually seeks to improve deliverables to best meet firm and client objectives. 
  • A responsive, team player willing to go above and beyond to advance team and firm. 
  • Highly collaborative individual that is comfortable working with members across multiple offices and disciplines.
