As an integral member of the Midwest Creative team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for prioritizing, executing and designing projects in support of our Market. Our ideal candidate comes with strong design experience, preferably in real estate property marketing, business development/pitch/presentations, and has a strong understanding of design best practices. They are interested in developing techniques to provide unique solutions for our internal clients and have the ability to be creative both inside and outside of our corporate brand guidelines while being conscious of delivering accurate content in their creative work. They are also good with a camera, capturing the best side of their subjects for internal photoshoots and headshots. The Graphic Designer has a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and can efficiently own multiple projects at a time —sometimes with little direction. They also have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively depending on the project. This position reports in to the Midwest Art Director and works within the Midwest Creative Services Team.
