Graphic Designer

We are inviting you to apply for our Graphic Designer position. In this position,you’ll be responsible for assisting the corporate marketing department in the creation of accessible and memorable advertising and marketing materials for internal and external use. You would also assist with graphic design for Trappers Turn Golf Club or other Kalahari owned/managed assets.

You should feel like you can solve visual communication problems or challenges using relevant, understandable, and effective techniques.

We do require that you have a background consisting of (an):

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in graphic design in a corporate or advertising agency setting. 
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, and Acrobat). 
  • Experience with Premiere and After Effects is a plus. 
  • Must also be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
  • Familiarity with photography and printing processes. 
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Thorough understanding of best practices for web design. 
  • Having a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day operations of a hotel/resort is helpful.
