As part of our Communications team, you'll be at the forefront of our company’s creative endeavors, offering your unique touch to elevate our collaborative efforts with various company departments. As a key player, your role will extend beyond traditional boundaries, encompassing the crafting of visually stunning materials for client solicitations, including requests for qualifications (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and interview initiatives.

Marketing & Proposals

  • Supports RFQ and RFP development (i.e. graphics, writing, resumes, and project descriptions)
  • Assists Communications Group in the creation of marketing content (print and digital) and a variety of internal projects as directed
  • Supports with photo/video shoots as needed
  • Curate, write, publish, and update content for website and social media platforms 
  • Ensure all deliverables fall within Kapur brand guideline

Public Involvement

  • Supports Public Involvement Team with a variety of tasks such as, but not limited to, presentations, graphics, exhibits, newsletters, mailers, photography/video, social media content, and email blasts on high-level civil engineering projects
  • Collect data and manage databases
  • Support day-to-day operations on public involvement projects
  • Attend Public Involvement Meetings/Hearings as needed

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience in the A/E/C industry a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Acrobat), Microsoft Office, MailChimp, and Hootsuite
  • Proficiency in photography and videography a plus
  • Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively amongst all teams and levels of our organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail; proofreading skills
