Kapur, a full service consulting engineering firm, continues to grow and is seeking a recent graduate or an experienced Graphic Designer to join the marketing and communications group in our Milwaukee, WI Corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, enjoy working in a team environment, and understand how to communicate in a clear and concise format.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Proposal Responsibilities - 

  • Assists Marketing & Proposal Team in the creation of marketing content (print and digital) and a variety of internal projects as directed 
  • Supports with photo/video shoots as needed 
  • Supports with proposal development (i.e. graphics, writing, resumes, and project descriptions) 
  • Create, write, publish, and update content for website and social media platforms 
  • Ensure all deliverables fall within Kapur brand guidelines

Public Involvement Responsibilities - 

  • Support Public Involvement Team with a variety of tasks such as, presentations, graphics, exhibits, newsletters, mailers, photography/video, social media content, and email blasts on high-level civil engineering projects 
  • Collect data and manage databases 
  • Support day-to-day operations on public involvement projects 
  • Attend Public Involvement Meetings/Hearings as needed. Some events are held in the evening hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline from a four-year College/University 
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); video editing a plus 
  • Professional experience preferred, but not required.

This position is Not a remote or work from home opportunity. The ability to be in the office on a regular basis is expected, as this is a collaborative and team based position.
