Kondracki Group provides outsourced marketing and trade show management services for the packaging and processing industries. We’ve worked in packaging since 1994 as marketing and trade show managers for machinery manufacturers. It’s the only industry we play in. We work with clients on developing a marketing strategy for their specific business goals, objectives and budget. Then we execute that plan which includes everything from media planning, public relations, content plans and development, graphic design, social media, e-blasts and so on. Our show services include planning trade shows from top-to-bottom, serving as our client’s on-site show manager and providing pop-up displays to full turnkey exhibits.

We’re looking for a collaborative, creative team player that can take design projects from concept through final production. You’ll work closely with our client management team on various design projects for our national client base within the packaging and processing industries. If you can be described as creative, flexible, organized and a good communicator, then you’ll be a great fit with our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Print and digital ad concepting and design 
  • Create graphics for e-blasts, social media, various content pieces and sales support materials including case studies, white papers, e-books, literature, presentations and infographics 
  • Provide direction for and attend various photo and video shoots 
  • Review photos and provide retouching as-needed Assist with video storyboarding as-needed 
  • Work with Client Marketing Managers to develop and create trade show booth themes, concepts and design elements 
  • Produce graphics for various trade show and event displays and signage 
  • Develop and maintain client design standards 
  • Occasional travel to client or vendor meetings and trade shows 
  • Create and manage various Kondracki Group design projects as-needed
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field 
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience; B2B environment preferred 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering (SketchUp, CAD or other), photography or videography is a bonus, but not required
