L’BRI is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing Corporate Team at our Mukwonago, WI, office. The ideal candidate must have solid design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a production-oriented and creative mindset. A successful candidate will be a professional self-starter and a good communicator with our team and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include promotional marketing assets, corporate documents, internal communications, social media assets, direct mail pieces, logos and more
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery and layout
  • Review existing resources and help identify solutions to improve their overal design and make them more unified

Objectives of this role

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media to visualize and develop graphic designs that are visually engaging
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, which may include simultaneous projects with tight deadlines
  • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure assets hold brand consistency 
  • Develop well-designed, cohesive packaging for a variety of consumer products
  • Manage an organized archive of all digital assets and files

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years working/interning as a graphic designer. We are willing to waive the experience requirement for the right person.
  • Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat 
  • Knowledge of four-color, spot, and digital printing processes and prepress requirements
  • Experience with the design process for packaging materials for products
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work quickly under limited direction

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Skilled at visual composition with excellent attention to detail
  • Work well within a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
