Graphic Designer

LHB has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team!

The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in enhancing LHB’s marketing and sales success while also advancing LHB’s brand, mission, vision, culture, and core values.

The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

• Working with internal teams to develop design solutions that meet or exceed expectations 
• Using design for effective and impactful storytelling 
• Designing digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, presentations, award submissions, website assets and social media content 
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify and arrange vendor services (such as illustration, photography, and printing) needed for a project 
• Communicating regularly with teams to keep projects on schedule by anticipating and solving problems and adjusting to changing needs 
• Participating in meetings and continually exploring ideas and opportunities for improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field 
• Two years of experience providing graphic design in a professional setting 
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign 
• Understanding of printing process, photography, illustration, typography 
• Position requires physical location in the Duluth or Minneapolis, Minnesota surrounding areas. 
• Upon receipt of an offer of employment, applicants must be able to successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that will include a criminal/civil background check and drug screen, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with interactive/social media and internet technologies 
• Experience working with and expanding brand guidelines 
• AEC or professional service industry experience is preferred 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
