The major function of this position is:

Design, create and produce a variety of Maui Jim collateral, POP, and marketing materials.

• Partnering with the Creative team, develop design solutions for a variety of print and online materials. 
• Create and produce marketing/sales collateral materials for our domestic and international sales team. 
• Create presentation materials, flyers, and contest materials. 
• Work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring results are achieved on time while staying on budget and maintaining exceptional quality. 
• Initiate concepts and work independently or with Senior Creative team. 
• Basic editing and management of digital and video content. 
• Assist the Senior Graphic Designers on projects as necessary. 
• Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.

Education:

• Bachelors: Graphic Design, Bachelors: Marketing

• Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings and provide outstanding customer service,

Special Requirements (If Applicable):

• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) 
• Web design/animation/video experience is a plus 
• Minimum of 2-3 years graphic design experience in a corporate or agency environment 
• Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
