Graphic Designer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join MTL Holding’s Marketing team. This role is responsible for communicating MTL’s brand offerings through engaging, innovative, graphic design to support multi-channel marketing efforts. We work across three different brands so being organized and critical in your thinking is essential. A strong understanding of the importance of brand presence, working within existing brand standards/guides, and continual refinement of existing brand guides is required. Must have a portfolio demonstrating strong design principles with an aptitude for creating fresh, innovative concepts.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Department to concept and refine ideas, bringing innovative graphic solutions to communicate customer value through omnichannel marketing.
  • Own the creative conceptualization and execution of highly engaging graphic/digital content for communications across all channels, in all forms, including but not limited to: Email Advertising Sales enablement tools (PowerPoint, sell sheets, etc.) Blog posts and white papers Continuing education content and presentations Social media
  • Proactively look for opportunities to bring forth new and innovative ideas amongst the team.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring all deadlines are met and priorities are aligned.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, develop and refine brand standards for new acquisitions, including logo creation/adoption, brand voice, brand standards.
  • Understand the importance of brand tone and voice and master it in designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – product, engineering, sales, customer fulfillment, HR.

  • Work within established brand standards.
  • 5-7 years experience in a similar or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud.
  • Good verbal and written communication and editing skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Naturally inquisitive.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Ability to take the initiative and work both as part of a team and independently.
