  • Create and refine PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership, advisors, and internal departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver strategic design solutions
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in formatting, layout, and typography
  • Support internal campaigns, events, and initiatives with signage, promotional items, and branded templates
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines while incorporating feedback
  • Serve as a design resource and partner for cross-departmental needs and external vendors

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience in a marketing department, creative team, or agency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience designing polished presentations
  • Strong visual storytelling and brand development skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Who You Are

  • Creative Problem-Solver: You approach design challenges with a curious, solutions-first mindset.
  • Detail-Oriented Executor: You bring structure and polish to everything you create—layouts, typography, and formatting matter to you.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You’re comfortable presenting your work and receptive to feedback from diverse teams.
  • Adaptable and Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple deadlines with ease.

Additional Requirements

  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
