The Graphic Designer contributes to Overture’s creative design development across all mediums including social media, print collateral, digital advertising, etc. They are responsible for delivering creative solutions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align and promote Overture’s brand identity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Embrace and participate in the advancement of the JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) mission and vision for the organization 
  • Contribute to creative design development across all mediums, including social media, print, collateral, digital advertising and more 
  • Own the creative process from concept to final delivery, balancing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Actively support design, photography, and videography output to deliver creative solutions that align with Overture’s brand identity 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on brand and on time project completion 
  • Use project management tools (such as Monday.com, Canto, Ziflow) to track progress and meet deadlines 
  • Ensure high-quality and error-free execution of creative materials, reflecting the Overture Center’s mission and values 
  • Support the organization, naming and filing all design files, ensuring consistency and ease of access 
  • Support design team members, assisting in their professional growth and development 
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of design experience 
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to work seamlessly in both individual and team environments 
  • Knack for turning creative ideas into high-quality, impactful visual designs 
  • Knowledge of production specifications for print and digital media 
  • Passion for exceeding objectives and embracing new responsibilities 
  • Ability to stay in-tune with the latest marketing trends to guide your team accordingly 
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

The wage range for this role is $47,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience.
