Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a graphic designer to join our growing team at our world headquarters in Oakdale Minnesota. We’re a 58 year-old growing company in a fast paced industry that builds our own product and distributes it to over 75 countries around the globe.

The job:

• Create and produce graphics for packaging, catalogs, instructions, sales presentations, apparel and a wide variety of other projects 
• Digital photography in our studio and on location, and management of the studio and equipment 
• Assist in creation of social media content 
• Creative support of a team whose duties include video production, trade shows and digital marketing 
• Management of 50+ years of creative and brand assets

You:

• Creative person who loves to design and can also be efficiently productive 
• Resourceful and flexible with strong communication skills 
• A self-starter that also works well with a team and who thrives working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment 
• Must be motivated to help us create the branding and support materials to market a worldwide category leader 
• Intermediate to expert experience with Mac iOS environment and Adobe Creative Suite software 
• Ability to manage and implement multiple projects and stay well organized 
• Bicycle enthusiasm / industry experience is appreciated but not vital
