The Graphic Designer is responsible for achieving marketing goals through the development of visual design. This includes developing and maintaining creative materials for presentations, events, ads (traditional and web), videos, whitepapers, infographics, icons, email templates, web design, landing pages and collateral which will be distributed through a variety of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the visual execution of brand assets and create a consistent industry presence for the company 
  • Lead the design and development of communications templates and designs, including PowerPoint, email, collateral, landing pages, websites, infographics and video 
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create custom digital advertisements, infographics and other targeted product collateral 
  • Develop graphics, tables, icons, and other visual elements for corporate presentations 
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of online content that attracts attention, generates interest and is easily shared with social networks 
  • Create web, email and landing page design templates, and execute the development of same for new campaigns 
  • Create polished visual design layouts 
  • Enjoy working together with developers to bring a design to life on the web 
  • Upload new content to Confluence for internal distribution 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university (preferred)

Experience:

  • 3+ years design experience, preferably within business-to-business marketing or the cybersecurity industry 
  • 3 years assisting with the strategy and execution of the creative design process within a technology company (preferred) 
  • Advanced knowledge of print and web production 
  • Creative insight – understanding design as a solution to a business problem 
  • Familiar with standard marketing design concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field 

Key Skills:

  • Strong sense of effective visual layout 
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Experience designing templates within marketing automation tools, such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc. 
  • Experience designing advertisements for social media platforms 
  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML5 are a plus 
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier are a plus 
  • Self-starting, self-motivated and success driven 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize in a very fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet demanding timelines
