Russ Darrow is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join its fast-paced marketing team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will be creating designs to support the marketing initiatives for 10 car brands across 15 dealerships. You will regularly communicate and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on ideas and concepts to help each dealership reach its sales and fixed operations goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to create monthly marketing campaigns for a wide variety of digital and traditional assets (Websites, Social Media, Email Marketing, Display Advertising and others) 
  • Ensure all creative is compliant with each automotive manufacturer’s brand standards 
  • Build creative as requests arise in our sales, service, and parts departments 
  • Anticipate needs and work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines 
  • Stay connected to new technology and trends in design and bring those learnings in house to share

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the full Adobe suite 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Experience in video editing 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and anticipate workflow 
  • Self-motivated person able to work independently 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with coworkers and management 
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a meticulous eye for detail 
  • Ability to make animated gifs 
  • HTML coding experience preferred 
  • Experience with social media preferred 
  • A portfolio of past projects that reflects your passion and skills is required for consideration. 
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
