We are seeking a talented and motivated Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assist in producing high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms while supporting senior designers and collaborating with various departments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with on-site photo studio and design lab including large format and flatbed printers as well as develop your design skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities: 
 

 Visual Content Creation and Design Execution 

  • Assist in the production of visual content, including print and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Work closely with senior designers to execute design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
  • Design layouts for various media formats, including brochures, email templates, and promotional materials.
  • Create and edit graphics, logos, and illustrations to enhance brand identity and marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to packaging graphic design for customer samples, ensuring accuracy and creativity.
 Image and Video Editing 
  • Retouch and edit images to meet quality standards for various projects.
  • Assist in video editing and perform basic video production tasks for social media content or internal projects.
File Preparation and Print Production 
  • Prepare and optimize files for both print and digital formats, ensuring quality, accuracy, and readiness for production.
  • Operate large format and flatbed printers for print production tasks, ensuring high-quality output.
Collaboration and Asset Management 
  • Work with other departments and stakeholders to maintain design consistency and support cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library and adhere to project timelines to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum one year of graphic design experience required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including, but not limited to, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to feedback to produce innovative design solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work, including any personal or academic projects, is preferred
  • Experience with Photography, WordPress, prepress, rendering or 3D modeling is preferred but not required

The targeted compensation for this position is between $55K - $60K base plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
