Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Creative Director and as a part of the creative team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for producing on-brand print and digital design assets across a variety of channels (print and digital ads, brochures, web pages, presentations, signage, social posts, etc.) for the brokerage. They'll need to follow brand standards and templated digital + print guidelines. They'll need to work simultaneously on many projects; as well as diligently manage time and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in in graphic design or equivalent combination of education and work experience 
• Minimum of 2+ years’ work experience 
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 
• Experience with WordPress + Squarespace preferred, but not required 
• Photography and/or videography skills a plus 
• The graphic designer should be creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several projects at once. We work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
• An innovative self-starter who can be relied on to complete tasks under tight deadlines 

Time Requirement: 

• Part-time, hourly employment - approx. 10-25 hrs per week. A set schedule would be ideal, but we can accommodate some flexibility.
