Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will support sales and marketing initiatives by developing the visual concepts and designs of sales and marketing collateral.

• Create visual deliverables that add to the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and support sales and organizational goals 
• Assist in defining the necessary materials to develop the assets 
• Support the creative design and concept for Summit’s website 
• Uphold, update, and maintain the company’s brand guidelines 
• Collaborates across the business; creates strong and effective partnerships across the organization 
• Assist with various sales and marketing projects as needed

Requirements:

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred 
• Three years of graphic design experience OR six years of graphic design experience in lieu of a degree 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and web platforms such as WordPress 
• Previous experience in the mortgage industry preferred 
• Motivated and driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong interpersonal skills with strategic thinking and a focus on achieving the overall team goal(s) 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities
