Responsible for graphic design and coordination of vendors to produce branding and marketing materials across digital and offline media including collateral, retail displays and packaging, lobbies and tradeshow displays. Collaborates with marketing teams at Lines of Business to deliver impactful design with an amazing attention to detail. Supports branding and product content campaigns with design elements that visually compliment storytelling and uphold our brand standards. Maintains digital branding asset libraries for internal teams and for platforms shared with channel partners. Supports weekly and monthly messaging of internal communications via enterprise-wide digital boards and web graphics.

  • Develops designed partnerships with Lines of Business commercial teams to create impactful sales tools and campaign results that drive sales revenue.

  • Manages brand assets by maintaining current versions of files in centralized shared platforms with relevant labels and tags for ease of use by internal team members and channel partners. 
  • Delivers compelling design solutions for a wide range of projects including marketing collateral, signage, tradeshow displays, retail displays, website, social media, and promotional items with input from Tuthill commercial teams. 
  • Designs internal announcements, forms, display boards, lobby displays and various media to deliver messaging that upholds our culture and embraces our Compass. 
  • Produces final output files to meet requirements of platforms and/or vendors. 
  • Ensures production of end product meets branding guidelines. 
  • Reviews final layouts with a sense of curiosity to suggest improvements when necessary. 
  • Supports maintenance and development of Brand Book design standards for the Corporation and for branded product lines.

Education Requirements / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a graphic design related degree

Experience / Skill Requirements:

  • 2+ year experience graphic design 
  • Excellent communication and time management skills 
  • Prioritizes and completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work for accuracy 
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for digital and print 
  • Knowledge of print production process including experience with preparing pre-press files 
  • Proficient skills in Adobe design suite 
  • Experience with retail display and product packaging design helpful 
  • Experience working with a Product Information Management (PIM) platform helpful 
  • Experience publishing digital content to internal platforms (communication boards or intranet) helpful

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting requirements – occasionally lifting of 35 pounds 
  • Travel less than 10%
