Are you the type of person that must make sure every · thing is perfect before calling it complete? Do you also have a deep understanding and passion for all things production? After 30 incredible years at THIEL Brand Design, our talented Graphic Production Artist is retiring to the mountains and we are looking for someone to fill her shoes.


As the Graphic Production Artist, you know just how important it is to accurately prepare and finalize production files before our vendors can begin. You also know that brand is every · thing. The magic lies in your ability to seamlessly produce final art files for print, large format display fabrication and digital publication while following brand standards that vary from client to client. We view production as a vital part of every project. You are the last stop before every creation comes out as a perfectly polished project!

Responsibilities include:

Finishing off project files provided by designers — adjusting for brand consistency.  Creating project files from content provided by our writers or art directors. Working directly with established clients to create projects matching their existing brand. Creating Master Logo file sets for clients. Creating Brand Standards Guidelines for clients. Creating Word and PowerPoint templates for clients consistent with their new or existing brand. Assisting designers, art directors, writers and principles whenever help is needed with project files. Working closely with vendors — following their specific file requirements and timelines. Providing routine maintenance and archiving of THIEL files.



You have 1-3+ years of production experience and a willingness to continue learning. You can work both independently and as part of the team. You have an eye for design. Typesetting comes as easily as breathing. You have a working understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and a deep understanding of Adobe InDesign. You can navigate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint like nobody’s business.


You understand web production as well as print. You love proofreading!
