Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is currently seeking an experienced Graphics Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Business Development team in our Milwaukee office.  The Graphics Coordinator will provide firm wide desktop publishing and graphics support through electronic and print media.

Responsibilities:

  • Format and distribute Firm client alerts, newsletters, announcements, invitations and other collateral using desktop publishing software and distribute through electronic e-mail marketing system
  • Write, copy, edit, and layout advertisementsUpdate, maintain, and design all brochures and promotional materials
  • Format and enhance PowerPoint presentations
  • Handle all internal graphic design needs as they arise including images needed for Firm website
  • Design animated holiday cardsWork with outside vendors including printers, photographers, and other resources as needed minimum

Software & Technology Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5, including: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and Microsoft Office is required
  • Multimedia experience, such as video production, web site design and maintenance, and photo direction, as well as social media experience is required
  • Request for Proposal (RFP) response design experience is a plus

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • Five plus years of experience preferred
