Graphics Specialist

As a member of the Marketing and Proposal team, the Graphics Specialist is responsible for creating graphic content and digital creative production for the GHA brand internally and externally. The role works for stakeholders in the creation of meaningful, attention-getting & memorable content.

As the Graphics Specialist, you shall utilize the company values in every phase of your work. You shall demonstrate exemplary organizational and communication skills, be a self-starter, be able to carry out assignments with limited oversight in a timely manner, and show above average competency in the areas listed below:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Create and Graphic Design:

• Conceptualize and create graphic content that advances our branding objectives.
• Create graphic content for all marketing touchpoints such as newsletter design, infographics, online banners, etc. 
• Lead digital content production including specification, briefings, and approval process. 
• Maintains company brand guidelines and best practices to ensure brand vision consistency. 
• Evaluates the quality of production output, and manages edits. 
• Work with stakeholders to help translate their feedback into a clear design direction that supports their objectives

Content Management:

• Manages and directs video, photography, and design production, from initial concept through final execution, in collaboration with team members. 
• Has a process-focused approach to content production to ensure final assets are delivered and timelines are met. 
• Work with team to ensure content is cataloged and accessible within the data asset management system.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design or related field from an accredited 4-year college or university

A minimum of 3-7 years of experience.

Ability to design quality marketing collateral from concept to delivery.

Experience with digital touchpoints – social, web, email

Digital asset management experience preferred

Understanding of web design software and content management systems – WordPress, SharePoint, HTML, CSS.

“Desktop Publishing” skills including:

• above-average skills in MS Office applications 
• experience or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications Comfortable managing details

The ability to multi-task and work under pressure of a deadline-driven environment.

The ability to work independently as well as closely with other design professionals including engineers, designers, planners, and surveyors at a fast pace.

Willingness to pitch in and help out in other areas of the office as needed.
