Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design or related field from an accredited 4-year college or university
A minimum of 3-7 years of experience.
Ability to design quality marketing collateral from concept to delivery.
Experience with digital touchpoints – social, web, email
Digital asset management experience preferred
Understanding of web design software and content management systems – WordPress, SharePoint, HTML, CSS.
“Desktop Publishing” skills including:
- above-average skills in MS Office applications
- experience or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications Comfortable managing details
The ability to multi-task and work under pressure of a deadline-driven environment.
The ability to work independently as well as closely with other design professionals including engineers, designers, planners, and surveyors at a fast pace.
Willingness to pitch in and help out in other areas of the office as needed.
