Position Summary:

As a Graphics & Internet Content Designer at New Perspective, you’ll showcase your expertise in creating cutting edge and intuitive online and offline assets for our marketing and communication needs. You'll be responsible for producing content that matches the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy. Uses include, but not limited to, web pages, email templates, social media graphics, ad campaigns, as well as offline collateral and advertising. The successful Graphics & Internet Content Designer will have experience with both online and offline design projects.


Design and produce content for online consumption that drives traffic to the website and leads to the sales team. Content includes but is not limited to:

  • Social media graphics 
  • Static and rich banner ads 
  • Web pages 
  • Landing pages 
  • Email campaigns 
  • Email templates

Design and produce offline content as needed, to included but not limited to:

  • Print ads 
  • Brochures 
  • Sell sheets 
  • Direct mail


  • Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, and colleagues. 
  • Stay current with online marketing trends impacting our target demographics to innovatively drive brand awareness and lead flow. 
  • Coordinate with relevant project stakeholders in each phase of a project through completion. 
  • Obtains approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review. 
  • Employ creative thinking to positively impact the marketing/communication strategy. 
  • Stay current with the latest style, graphics, industry, and technology trends. 
  • Execute other creative assignments as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


Working knowledge of graphic arts software and tools to include:

  • Adobe InDesign 
  • Adobe Illustrator 
  • Adobe Photoshop 
  • Adobe Lightroom 
  • Adobe Dreamweaver 
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated creativity

Time-management skills



Possess an understanding of graphics arts design, layout, and art direction across various media (offline and online).

Familiarity with production and rendering methods, including drawing, offset printing, photography, interactive media.


  • Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design and/or online design 
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic and/or online design
