Group Marketing Manager
Northern Illinois

The Group Marketing Manager will own development and execution of the strategy for the Sepsis and TPE portfolios, launch of new products, and expansion of existing products. We seek a bright, high-energy, and agile marketer who will work closely with Regional Marketing teams to assess market needs / barriers, develop plans and support market development initiatives, and ensure successful global commercial launches. This individual will also be responsible for lifecycle management and ensuring on-market therapies are delivering on their brand promise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and product roadmap development, working closely with key cross functional partners, including: strategy team, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical and regional marketing to gain organization alignment along the development process. 
  • Establish deep market & customer unmet needs expertise across key markets & ensure voice of customer is continuously monitored and included in defining market and product requirements 
  • Work closely with region/country marketing teams to understand barriers to adoption, develop strategies to grow penetration, & improve commercial execution 
  • Own global product launch plans including go-to-market strategies and partner with regional and country marketing on implementation to ensure launch excellence 
  • Support cross functional partners (market development, medical, HEOR) with evidence generation and reimbursement initiatives. 
  • Optimize product portfolio offering to enhance profitability & sustainability Product lifecycle and on-market product management 
  • Financial forecasting and product allocation 
  • Develop foundational tools and materials to support consistent, aligned, and on-brand promotion. 
  • Lead market research and analyses of market trends to inform go-to-market strategy
  • Bachelors Degree Required, MBA preferred 
  • 10 Years Professional Experience 
  • 6 Plus years of Marketing Experience 
  • Health Care Experience Required 
  • Medical Device Experience Preferred 
  • Downstream Marketing Experience Required 
  • Global Experience Preferred
