DecksDirect is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our high-growth ecommerce team. If you are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, passionate about your work, and looking to roll up your sleeves and make an impact right away, we want YOU!

The Growth Marketing Manager is a key member of the Marketing Team and drives the company’s direct to customer mission – Help People Build Better Decks. The Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP of Marketing and is accountable for leading, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across ecommerce channels and inbound phone sales. At DecksDirect, we are the nation's largest online retailer of premium deck projects/materials and we inspire 1,000’s of people every day to build the outdoor living spaces of their dreams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence 
  • Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website

  • Manage digital marketing projects and priorities utilizing a project management platform 
  • Collaborate with Creative Team, Merchandising, Buyers, Finance, and Marketing VP to achieve company growth goals 
  • Assess and retain external resources, such as agencies and freelance/contract, and manage the relationship 
  • Develop and maintain the integrity of the company’s brand and brand voice, continually building awareness of the company’s brand and market position through all marketing channels
  • Degree in marketing, communications or business-related field; 
  • 3+ years of work experience on a digital marketing team 
  • Experience with an E-commerce platform 
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation/email platforms; Klaviyo experience a plus 
  • Experience driving digital traffic to a phone sale is a plus

Position Details:

  • Full-time Position: 40-50 hours a week, Non-exempt hourly position 
  • Compensation is negotiable, commensurate with experience
