Pivotal Health is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to increase consumer growth and patient adoption and raise awareness of Pivotal Health. The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with senior management and contractors/agencies to develop and execute a detailed marketing strategy with online and traditional advertising channels. The ideal candidate will be part marketer and part project manager who enjoys collaboration. We would prefer that this person work in our Middleton, WI office but remote is a possibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement. 
  • Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 
  • Manage SEO.
  • Manage and test campaign landing pages.
  • Analyze data to monitor advertising performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from on marketing performance and related topics to the executive level.
  • Additional marketing and operations-related tasks as needed to drive revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience can compensate for degree. 
  • At least 4 years’ experience in digital and growth marketing, SEO, conversion optimization. 
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Analytics. 
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. 
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
