This key leader will work with the Conagra Leadership team to shape the next phase of eCommerce growth for Conagra. This leader will build on the current momentum to develop the 3.0 vision for accelerating growth. This will include working with existing channels and partners and identifying new opportunities and business models to drive growth. This leader will have the opportunity to operate the P&L for pure-play eCommerce. The head of eCommerce will be the thought-leader for eCommerce and be externally focused in understanding the general consumer and retailer/eTail trends impacting the business. This position plays a leadership role, coordinating with other key stakeholder groups - sales, supply chain, media, shopper marketing and our agency partners to ensure that the necessary actions occur in support of the ecommerce business. Firm champion of the business while putting the customer first.
This performance marketer will also play a key leadership role with our retail/eTail partners by demonstrating our eCommerce expertise and identifying opportunities to partner and grow our eCommerce business and theirs. This job requires strategic skill, authentic leadership, out-of-the-box thinking, and a highly-developed set of digital/conversion marketing and general management skills that translate into successfully driving demand, share and profit results.
