What You Do.

  • Support Benefits team in preparation for annual open enrollment 
  • Assist in development of templates for corporate communication materials 
  • Coordinate and review all employee job descriptions to ensure consistency 
  • Prepare and assist with new hire orientations 
  • Partner with Corporate HR team on current and upcoming initiatives 
  • Other projects as assigned

Your Education and Experience.

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, human resources, business, or other related field having completed junior year by May 2021.

Your Qualifications.

  • Passion for learning and growing in the human resources and communications fields 
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills 
  • Familiarity with social and digital media 
  • Ability to think critically, multi-task, and meet deadlines 
  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Paid housing provided. Must follow corporate housing policy, which does not allow pets. 
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. There is no public transit system to and from corporate housing location to company locations. 
  • Opportunity may include travel by plane, train, rental car, and/or hotel. Personal credit card and cell phone with unlimited data required. Travel and expenses will be reimbursed. 
  • Mentoring, career development, community service, and social activities. Summer hours with half day Fridays. 
  • Located between Milwaukee and Green Bay in Wisconsin; close to Lake Michigan.
