We are seeking a talented and passionate Integrated Marketing Communications Manager (individual contributor) to join us in our telehealth and remote patient monitoring business. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of a technology-driven business that is poised for significant growth in healthcare. You will apply your tenacity, creativity, and drive to help us amplify our voice in healthcare and technology, while developing and furthering your own broad skill set in marketing.

In this role you will be a player/coach while leading the Marketing Communications efforts. You will be a key member of our fast-paced, high-visibility marketing team. Every day we help healthcare professionals provide remote monitoring for critical patient populations from the comfort of their home. Your role will be to develop comprehensive integrated marketing communication plans to drive awareness for our telehealth and remote monitoring platforms. You will inspire, lead and coach a group of integrated marketing professionals as well as develop strong relationships with product partners, other marketing teams, and cross-functional partners.If you are an idea-generator constructing integrated, digital communications plans designed to grow market share, this could be your perfect role!

A Day in the Life:

  • Develops integrated communications and promotional plans designed to drive growth using a balanced “digital first” plans across the full marketing mix, knowing how to combine and prioritize tactics to create maximum impact and ultimate results in your target market.
  • Directs day-to-day activities for multiple work-stream teams through managing project plans, resourcing, status reporting, resolving issues, identifying project risks and accountabilities for deliverables across multiple functional organizations. Establishes meaningful metrics and tracks against them.
  • Articulate communications objectives, goals, strategies, messaging and positioning, tactics, timeline, budget, and resources etc. - needed to support the marketing objectives as set forth in the strategic marketing plans.
  • Provide strategic input related to communications materials and messages based on marketing strategies.
  • Build target customer personas and develop behavior insights working closely with the Marketing Product Strategy team
  • Align brand messaging by channel and develop appropriate storytelling plans, working hand in hand with the Comms and Storytelling teams, to convey a clear, engaging and differentiated message to the market.
  • Provide proactive, comprehensive project management by establishing and managing timelines and budgets.
  • Work in close collaboration with marketing and sales organization including corporate communications, the business groups and technology and innovation teams.
  • Contribute to MCMS Customer Experience & Strategy team by sharing marketing blueprint designs and new tools for localization / broader adoption
  • Provide thought leadership strategies to strengthen industry recognitionUse strategic thinking and planning ability to win buy-in and influence
  • Communicate effectively and ensure leadership is well informed and aligned with key strategies and recommendations.
  • Lead an integrated marketing communications team and reviews the work of a team of professionals and/or vendors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years’ experience working in Marketing Communications role in a corporate or agency environment (5 years with Advanced Degree)
  • Project Management experience including managing client / customer relationships, project timelines and budgets
  • Experience developing brand strategy and tactics to generate sales leads, grow volume and market share

Nice to Have:

  • Master’s in Communication, Journalism or Business
  • Strong editorial or copy writing and/or editing experience
  • Previous informal or formal people managment/mentoring experience
  • Experience with creating strategies, messages and materials that promote products to gain competitive advantage
  • Experience working with direct sales force and creating effective persuasive communication techniques
  • Skills in financial analysis, and forecasting
