The Integrated Marketing Manager serves as a direct liaison between the targeted marketing team (digital and off-line) and Retail Marketing. This role will drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and retention across various online and off-line marketing channels with an emphasis on digital channels.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns to reach our target customers. Ensure campaigns are stood up in a timely manner and executed with excellence. Constantly optimizing campaign execution to ensure they reach their full potential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive campaigns across their entire life cycle - from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics 
  • Collaborate to ensure marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible with emphasis on the goals of the program 
  • Work in-conjunction with Retail Marketing to define goals and deliver media plans options to achieve those goals 
  • Work in-conjunction with Retail Marketing to ensure marketing efforts achieve or exceed onsite engagement and conversion goals 
  • Work in-conjunction with the Creative team and/or agency partners to develop simple, and easy campaigns that are customer focused online and off-line 
  • Work in-conjunction with multiple teams and stakeholders to constantly optimize marketing activities in order to improve return on marketing investment 
  • Work in-conjunction with multiple teams and stakeholders to test new channels and identify new opportunities within existing available channels 
  • Work in-conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager to measure and communicate campaign and channel performance to Retail Marketing team

Education and Experience:

  • BA in Marketing, Advertising or Digital Marketing. 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in multi-national companies, experience from premium brands or grocery vertical will be a definite advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must always demonstrate a “customer first” attitude and approach internally and externally. 
  • Ability to adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail while working in a cross-functional team environment. 
  • Must have advanced attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining effective business relationships with peers, senior management, customers, and vendors.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged sitting in front of a computer. 
  • The potential for prolonged standing, walking, squatting and/or bending. 
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
