Position Details

Integrated Marketing Manager
Chicago Illinois

The Integrated Marketing Lead (IM Lead) will report directly to the NA Marketing Director. The IM Lead will help develop/drive marketing strategy across marketing areas to align with business goals while ensuring execution is on-time and within budget. The IM lead will also oversee and lead that all marketing areas are collaborating to support the successful launch of new products, promos, and initiatives. Further, the IM Lead will help drive measurement and analysis of all marketing activity.


  • Working cross functionally with stakeholders across marketing, NA geo and global 
  • Work with product ops to understand product roadmap, launch timing and value proposition of devices. 
  • Ensure that the assets that are produced by global and in-house teams align with the product value proposition and key selling points. 
  • Collaborate with global (e.g. brand team and product marketing team) and functional teams (e.g. media team, channel marketing, partnerships, PR, and trade team) to ensure all teams are aligned to asset needs and timelines. 
  • 360 plans to support product launches and initiatives 
  • Support the strategy of of the various marketing areas by incorporating the latest insights and analytics to build and optimize plans 
  • Support accounts by providing info on investments, marketing results, consumer insights, marketing plans and customer presentations 
  • Oversee budget and financial analyses 
  • Create the marketing budget for the year and by quarter. 
  • Evaluate budgets across all the marketing areas for reasonableness, ensure it is in line with the budget strategy and is executed well. 
  • Lead planning of multiple budget scenarios as needed and track execution and changes throughout the year. 
  • ROI analysis 
  • Lead competitive analysis 
  • Spearhead the annual marketing plan across all marketing areas 
  • Oversee providing insights to analytics and reporting in areas, such as, PR, partnerships, CRM, social, media and creative 
  • Supports digital media in house with insights and digital data to drive the business. 
  • Support in house initiative 
  • Provide and share insights from consumer research to the overall marketing team and teams across NA Geo 
  • Lead consumer centricity through analysis of NPS, and drive action to improve or promote the consumer experience with our products. 
  • Lead new products, projects and partner opportunities for the business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management experience 
  • Digital marketing experience preferred 
  • Proactive, positive and adaptive attitude 
  • Passionate for continuous improvement and well organized 
  • The ideal candidate has marketing experience and has strong analytical/financial skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Excellent at Excel and/or Google Sheets 
  • Excellent with Powerpoint and/or Google Slides
