The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Understanding the overall Marketing Plan and determine best strategies to deliver results on time and on budget 
  • Collaborating with product and segment marketing, tech service and training teams to develop and execute on marketing strategies and plans that build consumer relevancy online to drive customers through the decision journey 
  • Leading complex projects while collaborating with cross functional teams on key functional areas. 
  • Proactively bring forward ideas for product content creation of digital solutions including identifying where in the customer journey digital solutions best fit 
  • Driving brand and product engagement across multiple multimedia platforms via relevant, scalable design supporting integrated marketing communications campaigns 
  • Partner with Global Marketing and Sales Center teams to provide area expertise to support global campaign development 
  • Cultivating an environment of full-team engagement, leadership, and personal development; you’ll be champion for open and transparent communication 
  • Developing and driving comprehensive digital plans for awareness and lead generation campaigns (SEO & SEM, digital advertising, email, social media, landing pages, website marketing automation etc.) with measurables objectives 
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to increase conversion and results while keeping pace with overall digital marketing trends and translate relevant industry developments into enterprise strategy. 
  • Working closely with creative partners, Media, and PR teams to conceptualize, execute, and deliver on the programs. 
  • You are also responsible for managing timely execution and optimize budget allocations.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution 
  • Five (5) combined years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, B2B lead generation and/or marketing communications in a private, public, government or military environment 
  • Three (3) years project management experience working closely and diplomatically with internal and external teams, managing tight timetables

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Technology fluent with good understanding of digital channels and tools (Search experience, UX knowledge, or eCommerce experience will be additional advantage)
  • Further experience in any of the following programs is preferred: Celum, GPIM, Adobe Assets, Adobe Workfront, additional product database systems 
  • Get it done – accountability. Takes responsibility and ownership for own tasks, decisions, and outcomes. Delivers consistent results and hits deadlines within the scope of own role 
  • Win together - collaborating and establishing multi-functional teams across structures dedicated to driving marketing activities. 
  • Proven ability to track and manage budgets and asset routings for approval 
  • Content marketing, marketing automation, customer journey mapping experience 
  • Ability to work within brand standards to ensure alignment with 3M brand identity ultiple large projects simultaneously in a private, public, government or military environment
