What you'll do:

During the ELS internship, you will work in a collaborative, fast-paced company right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Our internship program is robust and you will be involved in meaningful projects that have a true impact upon the business. We also offer intern-specific activities, including lunch & learns, a group project and presentation to our executive team, networking opportunities and meet & greets with executives. Of course, our interns will also be a part of our summer company-wide social events!

Your job will include:

  • Monitor platforms and initiatives in conjunction with social media team, marketing, and operations teams 
  • Increase engagement on all channels 
  • Continue to expand the reach of customer engagement 
  • Identify and respond accordingly to interactions that may arise on social media forums 
  • Assist in the execution of online promotions including activation and fulfillment 
  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns 
  • Report on activity and results 
  • Monitor brand conversations and recognize social opportunities as they arise 
  • Assist in various marketing and customer feedback assignments as they arise

Experience & Skills you need:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program with major in Graphic Design 
  • Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills in customer focused environment 
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
