What you'll do:
During the ELS internship, you will work in a collaborative, fast-paced company right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Our internship program is robust and you will be involved in meaningful projects that have a true impact upon the business. We also offer intern-specific activities, including lunch & learns, a group project and presentation to our executive team, networking opportunities and meet & greets with executives. Of course, our interns will also be a part of our summer company-wide social events!
Your job will include:
- Monitor platforms and initiatives in conjunction with social media team, marketing, and operations teams
- Increase engagement on all channels
- Continue to expand the reach of customer engagement
- Identify and respond accordingly to interactions that may arise on social media forums
- Assist in the execution of online promotions including activation and fulfillment
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns
- Report on activity and results
- Monitor brand conversations and recognize social opportunities as they arise
- Assist in various marketing and customer feedback assignments as they arise
