POSITION SUMMARY:

The Internal Communications Coordinator for OSF HealthCare is responsible for supporting the execution of internal communications across the Ministry including communication plans, message development and execution of internal communications through multiple channels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of Communications experience.
  • Experience planning and writing content for internal communications.

Other Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong project management & organization skills with the ability to balance multiple projects. 
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Savvy communication skills with internal teams, clients and outside partners/vendors. 
  • Reliable, professional, assertive, extremely organized with keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 3 years of health care communications experience.

Expected pay for this position is $25.63 - $30.15/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
