We are seeking a North America Internal Communications Manager to join our Burr Ridge-based North American Communications and Media Relations Team. The person we are looking for will be responsible for all Internal Communications across the region, ensuring that global messaging is effectively transmitted at regional level, as well as developing region-appropriate communications. They will report to the North America Communications and Media Relations Team Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure global Internal Communications initiatives are effectively rolled out/adapted for North America regional use. 
  • Develop and implement all North America-specific Internal Communications initiatives, including the development of messaging and associated assets – including but not limited to audio-visual materials, newsletters etc. to ensure employee alignment with company goals and results. 
  • Support global internal communications initiatives as required. Liaise with country-based Internal Communications points of reference to ensure accurate and timely information sharing and roll out of North America initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues across the operating segments and central functions to develop news, stories and other activities/channels which stimulate employee engagement with core company messages and initiatives. 
  • Support employee regional events, including but not limited to Town Halls and Employee Engagement Activities. 
  • In collaboration with Digital Communications Colleagues, ensure that the North America sections of the Intranet are fit for purpose. 
  • Manage any specific North America Internal Communications Vendors. 
  • Able to manage communication Projects
  • Bachelors degree in Communication, public relations, or marketing so similar 
  • Minimum of Five (5) plus years of experience 
  • Minimum of Five (5) plus years of writing, editing and proofreading 
  • Minimum of Five (5) plus years of working cross-functionally with different departments on communication collateral 
  • Digital and technical abilities

This position pays between $99,000-$150,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
