The Internal Communications Manager needs to design marketing campaigns to promote the Experience Anywhere product and work on effective communications through newsletters, leadership messages, employee communications and work with Regional teams on effective representation of business review presentations. This individual will be expected to execute the strategic communications plan for a diverse group of audiences utilizing the most effective channels.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Working with internal stakeholders to create content supporting the communications plan 
  • Developing presentation materials and stories that engage and inspire 
  • Coordinating and preparing presentation materials, newsletters, announcements, brochures, and online content for internal audiences 
  • Supporting PMO to ensure all deliverables are completed on time 
  • Ensuring effective communication of all relevant developments 
  • Utilizing digital and traditional media to achieve goals and support business objectives 
  • Corresponding with leadership and other key stakeholders to create strategies for increased awareness and engagement on product campaigns 
  • Distributing executive messages, preparing presentations and internal communications, and conducting meetings to share information 
  • Developing print materials and branding strategies as required 
  • Developing and distributing communication mailers and Newsletters to explain and convey account developments and key updates

Required Experience:

  • Strong written/oral communications skills 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Understanding of digital media 
  • 8-10 years of overall experience 
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in Communications 
  • Very good oral, written, mass, and interpersonal communications skills 
  • Leadership skills for directing staff and overseeing projects 
  • Good research and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality and accurate materials

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree degree preferably in Communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields 
  • Research-oriented 
  • Editorial skills 
  • Good in proofreading and content development for communications 
  • Planning and organizing skills 
  • Excellent understanding of the latest trends in communications, media, etc. 
  • Experience in client-centric environments 
  • Flexibility and adaptability in leadership roles
