St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join its communications team. This position is responsible forcreating and implementing internal communication strategies and positioning that are in alignment with St. Norbert College’s brand standards and reputational goals. The Internal Communications Manager will focus on increasing and improving engagement with faculty, staff and students, to build community on campus and foster a college-wide commitment to institutional activities and goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing or a related field. 
  • Master's degree is preferred. 
  • Experience working in higher education environment is preferred. 
  • 5-7 years of public relations or communications experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse campus environment or commitment to do so as an employee of St. Norbert College.
