In this role, you will be responsible for helping to develop the strategy, formation and delivery of internal communication efforts change initiatives, track and manage project plans. Develop communications and training material for end users. Create clear and consistent communications and resources across multiple channels that enrich the employee experience, and inform internal audiences. You will also be responsible for championing internal communications, engaging employees, enhancing the employee experience and driving change.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and support organizational communication plans and change initiatives 
  • Improve and find opportunities to measure communication effectiveness and evaluate feedback from multiple channels to strengthen connections and improve communications 
  • Work to enhance the employee experience and ensure consistency of message and content aligned with enterprise goals, objectives, and internal brand 
  • Support efforts to drive and strengthen the employer brand internally and externally through existing programs, storytelling 
  • Create communication assets for internal campaigns such as emails, presentations, intranet posts and microsites, newsletters, posters, flyers, banners, videos, etc. 
  • Manage the intranet content planning and continuously update SharePoint sites with new and relevant content 
  • Assist organizational leaders with creating and delivering impactful communications to serve their strategic and department priorities and support organizational change initiatives 
  • Support in the creation and implementation of organizational strategies focusing on leadership development, team building and employee engagement 
  • Partner with the business to assist with the development and delivery of communications and training material and ensure the work product meets end user population needs 
  • Coordinate and track the status of initiatives including project timelines ensuring key milestones are met, and the project is completed on time with high quality

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in English, Commmunication Journalism or related

Years of Experience:

  • 5 Years - Corporate communication, internal communication, change management or related

In Lieu of Education:

  • 8 years - Corporate communication, internal communication, change management or related
