The Internal Communications Specialist will assist the HR team through the collection and analysis of various sources of employee data to help identify trends and opportunity areas to enhance the global employee experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Coach and mentor stakeholders ensuring consistent messaging to managers and employees across all HR initiatives. 
  • Create a communication calendar for key corporate projects scheduled throughout the year, and execute as planned. 
  • Provide well-written, clear business communications on a number of topics, including leadership communication, meeting presentations, multimedia, scripts, key messages and talking points. 
  • Manage internal social network, Viva Engage, curating the strategy, content, and increasing engagement with the site. 
  • Develop org wide change management communications and miscellaneous company wide employee announcements. 
  • Consult with stakeholders to deliver consistent communication strategy within the HR organization. 
  • Partner with marketing department to maintain consistent brand standards and messaging alignment.

What you will likely bring:

  • Experience in a communications-related field, including media, publications, public relations, advertising or journalism. 
  • Ability to lead as a change agent, as well as adapt to frequent changes based on overall business goals. 
  • Positive emotional intelligence and business maturity. 
  • Knowledge of SharePoint is preferred 
  • Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and makes continuous improvement recommendations

What could set you apart:

  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
