Key responsibilities include development and implementation of a college-wide communications plan, and development and maintenance of policies, procedures, guidelines and goals that ensure factual, appropriate, and timely information. This position leads the creation, design, and distribution of content across various channels and modalities, including the intranet on SharePoint (Employee Exchange), email, print, and digital signage, and ensures the channels are optimized for effective delivery. This position also provides high level internal communications expertise to all departments of the college, helping them produce effective messaging that aligns with the college’s internal communications plan, and follows the college’s policies and procedures.
